01What Information Do We Collect?

Personal information you disclose to us

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Personal information provided by you. The personal information we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. It may include:

• Names
• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• Job titles
• Billing addresses
• Mailing addresses

Sensitive information. We do not process sensitive information.

Payment data. If you choose to make a purchase through the Services, we may collect data necessary to process your payment, such as your payment instrument number and the relevant security code. Payment data is handled and stored by our third-party payment processor in accordance with their own security and privacy standards — we do not store full payment card details on our own servers.

All personal information you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to it.

Information automatically collected

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information doesn't reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage data such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, and information about how and when you use our Services. We use this primarily to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for internal analytics and reporting.

Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies. The information we collect includes:

• Location data. We collect data about your device's location, which can be either precise or imprecise, depending on the type and settings of the device you use to access the Services. For example, we may use GPS or your IP address to estimate your current location. You can opt out by refusing access to this information or disabling location settings on your device — though some aspects of the Services may not work as well as a result.

Google API

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

02How Do We Process Your Information?

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including to:

• Request feedback. We may process your information when necessary to request feedback and contact you about your use of our Services.
• Send marketing and promotional communications. We may process the personal information you send us for marketing purposes, in line with your marketing preferences. You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time — see your privacy rights below.
• Protect our Services. We may process your information as part of our efforts to keep our Services safe and secure, including fraud monitoring and prevention.
• Identify usage trends. We may process information about how you use our Services to better understand usage so we can improve them.
• Determine marketing effectiveness. We may process your information to better understand which marketing and promotional campaigns are most relevant to you.
• Protect vital interests. We may process your information when necessary to protect an individual's vital interest, such as preventing harm.

03What Legal Bases Do We Rely On?

If you're located in the EU or UK

The GDPR and UK GDPR require us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on to process your personal information. We may rely on the following:

• Consent. We may process your information where you've given us permission to do so for a specific purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time — see withdrawing your consent below.
• Legitimate interests. We may process your information where it's reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests, and those interests don't outweigh your own rights and freedoms — for example, to:
  • Send users information about special offers and discounts
  • Analyze how our Services are used so we can improve them
  • Support our marketing activities
  • Diagnose problems and prevent fraudulent activity
  • Understand how our users use our products so we can improve user experience
• Legal obligations. We may process your information where necessary for compliance with our legal obligations, such as cooperating with a law enforcement body, defending our legal rights, or disclosing information as evidence in litigation.
• Vital interests. We may process your information where necessary to protect your vital interests or those of a third party, such as situations involving a potential threat to safety.

If you're located in Canada

We may process your information where you've given us specific permission (express consent), or where your permission can reasonably be inferred (implied consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

In some exceptional cases, we may be legally permitted to process your information without consent, including:

• If collection is clearly in an individual's interest and consent can't be obtained in a timely way
• For investigations and fraud detection or prevention
• For business transactions, provided certain conditions are met
• If contained in a witness statement and necessary to assess or settle an insurance claim
• For identifying injured, ill, or deceased persons and communicating with next of kin
• If we have reasonable grounds to believe an individual has been, is, or may be a victim of financial abuse
• If collection with consent would compromise the availability or accuracy of information needed to investigate a breach of law or agreement
• If disclosure is required to comply with a subpoena, warrant, or court order
• If the information was produced by an individual in the course of their employment, business, or profession, and the collection is consistent with that original purpose
• If collection is solely for journalistic, artistic, or literary purposes
• If the information is publicly available and specified by regulation

We may also disclose de-identified information for approved research or statistics projects, subject to ethics oversight and confidentiality commitments.

04Who Do We Share Information With?

We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

• Business transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, a merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business.
• Google Maps Platform APIs. We may share your information with Google Maps Platform APIs (e.g. the Google Maps API, Places API). Google Maps uses GPS, Wi-Fi, and cell towers to estimate your location — GPS is accurate to roughly 20 meters, while Wi-Fi and cell towers help when GPS is weak (such as indoors). This data helps provide directions but isn't always perfectly precise. We may cache your location on your device for a limited period to support this feature. You can revoke your consent at any time by contacting us using the details at the end of this document.

05Cookies & Other Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some of these technologies help maintain security, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and support basic site functions.

We also permit third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our Services for analytics and advertising — including managing and displaying ads, tailoring ads to your interests, and similar purposes. These third parties use their own technology to provide advertising that may appear on our Services or elsewhere.

Where these tracking technologies are deemed a "sale" or "sharing" (including targeted advertising, as defined under applicable laws) under US state law, you can opt out as described in section 12 below.

Google Analytics

We may share your information with Google Analytics to track and analyze use of the Services, including Remarketing with Google Analytics. To opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics, visit tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also opt out of Google Analytics Advertising Features through Ads Settings, or via optout.networkadvertising.org and networkadvertising.org/mobile-choice. 06AI-Based Products

As part of our Services, we offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies (collectively, "AI Products"), designed to enhance your experience and provide innovative solutions. This Privacy Notice governs your use of the AI Products within our Services.

Use of AI technologies

We provide AI Products through third-party AI Service Providers, including Anthropic, Salesforce Einstein, Google Cloud AI, and OpenAI. Your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these providers to enable your use of our AI Products, for the purposes outlined in section 3 above. You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider.

• AI document generation
• AI automation

How we process your data using AI

All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice and our agreements with third parties, to safeguard your information throughout the process.

07How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we no longer have an ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we'll either delete or anonymize it, or — if that isn't possible, for example because it's stored in backup archives — securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

08How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We've implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure, so we can't promise that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized parties will never defeat our security measures. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk — we recommend only accessing the Services within a secure environment.

09Information From Minors

We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or market to children under 18 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction), nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you're at least 18, or that you're the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to their use of the Services. If we learn that we've collected personal information from a user under 18, we'll deactivate the account and take reasonable steps to delete that data promptly. 10What Are Your Privacy Rights?

In some regions (the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws, which may include the right to: request access to and a copy of your personal information; request rectification or erasure; restrict processing; request data portability; and not be subject to automated decision-making. If a decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made solely by automated means, we'll inform you, explain the main factors, and offer a way to request human review. In certain circumstances, you may also have the right to object to processing. You can make any of these requests using the contact details in section 14 below.

We will consider and act on any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

If you're located in the EEA or UK and believe we're unlawfully processing your personal information, you have the right to complain to your Member State data protection authority or the UK data protection authority. If you're in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Withdrawing your consent

If we're relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw it at any time using the contact details in section 14 below. This won't affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, nor processing conducted in reliance on other lawful grounds.

Opting out of marketing communications

You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails, replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to our SMS messages, or contacting us using the details in section 14. You'll then be removed from marketing lists — though we may still send service-related messages necessary for administering your account or responding to your requests.

11Do-Not-Track Signals

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature you can activate to signal your preference not to have your online activity monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals currently exists, so we don't respond to DNT signals at this time. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we'll update this notice accordingly.

12US State Privacy Rights

Categories of personal information we collect

The table below shows categories of personal information we've collected in the past twelve months, with illustrative examples. It's not a comprehensive inventory — see section 1 for the full detail.

We may also collect personal information outside these categories when you interact with us in person, online, by phone, or by mail — for example through customer support, surveys or contests, or general service delivery and inquiries.

We retain Category I information for as long as the user has an account with us. We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve months, and we will not sell or share personal information belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.

Your rights

Subject to certain limitations under applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Know whether we're processing your personal data
• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccuracies in your personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Obtain a copy of personal data you previously shared with us
• Non-discrimination for exercising your rights
• Opt out of processing for targeted advertising (or "sharing" under California law), the sale of personal data, or certain profiling

Depending on your state, you may also have the right to access categories of personal data being processed, obtain a list of categories or specific third parties we've disclosed data to, obtain a list of third parties we've sold data to, review and correct how data has been profiled, limit use of sensitive personal data, or opt out of collection via voice or facial recognition — as permitted by the relevant state law (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Maryland, Minnesota, and Oregon, among others).

How to exercise your rights

You can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf — we may decline a request from an agent who can't provide proof of valid authorization.

Request verification

We'll need to verify your identity before acting on a request, using only the information provided in the request itself wherever possible. If we can't verify your identity from information we already hold, we may ask for additional details for security and fraud-prevention purposes. Requests submitted through an authorized agent may require a signed permission from you.

Appeals

If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by emailing rashid@konnektys.com. We'll respond in writing with the outcome and our reasoning. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to your state attorney general.

California "Shine the Light" law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 lets California residents request, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information we've disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes, along with the names and addresses of those parties. To make such a request, contact us using the details in section 14 below.

13Updates To This Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will carry a new "Last updated" date at the top. If we make material changes, we may notify you by prominently posting a notice or sending you a direct notification. We encourage you to review this notice periodically.
